    I made a purchase through this companys online shop. My product was sent back. I never received it. I got an email from a one (***) no last name. Only apologies. She promised to send product a second time. No tracking number or any updates. No solutions. No answers. She texted me with the same apologies but no updates. She then disappeared for 5 days. finally received another email from her after numerous times of texting and emailing her back with questions to my order. After five days, she replied, with an apology for the late response, but still no solution or tracking number. I kept getting the runaround for over a week with customer service telling me to call a different number that is only working from 6 PM to 9 PM. No answer, no one returned my calls or voice messages. I finally got so frustrated. I asked for a refund and they refused to give me a confirmation number for a refund after speaking with a supervisor (****). They constantly kept referring me to other departments who were absolutely no help. I waited on hold every time for 30 minutes or longer only to speak to a supervisor with no solutions at all. They kept saying, we will email you tonight, but the emails never arrived.
