      This is the second time i have had to deal with quest. I will not be intimidated again due to improper billing. On 3/17/25 I had bloodwork done as requested by my PCP which is done twice a year. The tech was not trained and severely bruised my arm all across by ramming the needle in and out like he was digging. I asked him why he didn't use the right vein but, i was ignored. Later on that evening this same tech called me to come back in because the sample was no good. Now I get a bill for the same test on the 18th of March. I did contact my insurance company to verify that this is covered 100%. I have been doing business with your company since 2010 and thought you were the best but the last few years no longer support that view.

      Delay of results, lack of follow-up Quest labs results delays causing significant negative patient care.lab drawn 6/13/24 request for results filed on-line via the quest portal 6/19/24..still now answer and no results by 6/26/24 because of the critical nature of the diagnosis, the patients MD had to do additional testing without the benefit of these tests.Attempted to call Quest via help-line..message said wait longer then 40 min.Called later in the day, the customer service agent said she could not help.Claimed loss: cost of test Desired outcome: 1)Quest addressed operational issues2) refund of service fees for 6/13/24 ??       Quest Diagnostics has the worst Customer Service I’ve ever been subjected to. They make paying a bill very simple, but getting a receipt requires multiple hours waiting on the phone. It is very obvious why they are not BBB approved, and I will never use their service again.
