    In May 2024 when I met ***** ** told me if I wanted a gate installed by them I needed to pay upfront for the gate. I paid for the gate and then finally had ***** ******* owner of business come out to deliver gate in October. He installed the gate and fencing and because the paint job was never complete and he was going to put up a mail box to match my gate that I have paid for he would come back out. I reached out to him and he would give me a date and time and never show up. He no longer is responding back to my text or phone calls. Now the product has been installed for 3 months and the entire thing is full of rust. And I still haven't received everything I paid for, he installed the gate opener and within 2 weeks it stopped working so I can't even use that entrance to my house because I can't get the gate opened.

    The first order is your sliding gate kit purchase order attached. Delivered 

    The second invoice is attached in all products you have received. Delivered 

    You did not pay for a mailbox. No mailbox was part of purchase order, 


    You have not paid for any installation. Installation was not part of the purchase order.

    There's a note here saying babysitter crashed into the gate totaling it. 

    Noted in your file here say Keoki recommended calling your insurance company.
    Which you declined. 
    ***** tried to remedy your issue at no cost. 
    Not sure how you got that amount for refund it's more than you paid? Please see attached purchase orders. 

    At the time of delivery all goods were in excellent condition at this time no refund can be given, it's recommended you call your homeowners insurance.

    Good afternoon,
    Im trying to reply to my complaint online and Im unable to do so. Can you please direct me on how to do this? The issue the quality of the product its been installed for a few months nd the whole this is already rusting. They used c*** product even though he swore it would last 20 years and I have over 20 messages saying he would come out and finish/fix it and then he stopped responding. He has been scamming so many other people and he cant keep doing this to us working hard to pay for this ****.

    I am writing to file an official complaint regarding gates that I paid for, but have yet to receive. On October 29, 2024, I made a full payment of $7,089.41 for gates with the expectation that the gates would be delivered promptly. I was assured by SacWelding team that the gates would be ready for delivery within a couple of weeks. Please note that this is a local business and the gates were to be built by SacWelding and not a 3rd party. It is now almost February with no delivery and they have now blocked my number. Despite multiple scheduled appointments, no one has shown up to deliver the gates. Each time an appointment was made, I rearranged my schedule, took time off work, and cleared my day to accommodate the deliveryonly to be left without any communication or explanation from their team. This lack of professionalism and disregard for my time is extremely frustrating and unacceptable.I am requesting a full refund. The lack of follow-through on their part has led me this decision.

    This customer's is a return customer who has purchased from us in the past with no issues, this particular order was a special order and was delayed due to a back order with manufacturer in *****, there was no issue with the order, customer was aware of the terms and conditions of the sale, customer proceeded to order supplies, customer acknowledged installation was not included clearly stated on the purchase order, 
    Customer agreed and paid for purchase order,
    Customer then started a defamation campaign through multiple social media outlets, began calling and threatening our employees at our warehouse, began stalking our employees, began harassing threatening our employees with great bodily injury/ harm , multiple police reports filed, when the order arrived at the warehouse, customer was given the option for 100% refund or delivery of materials, our sales manager met with customer at their property via police ****** customer decided for full refund  , all encounters audio video conversations were recorded for quality and training purposes  attached is the original purchase order which constituted an entire agreement between customer, attached is customer signature acknowledging full refund

    I am rejecting this response because: 
    ***** and his father, Kevinowners of Sac Welding Supplyare pathological liars now scrambling to do damage control. But theres only one truth: they run a scam operation that cheats hardworking people out of their money. Sac Welding Supply has been consistently dishonest and refuses to take any accountability for their lies.

    They promised us custom-made gateswe even have video surveillance as proof. They used fear-mongering tactics, spinning pitiful, made-up stories about cancer, and demanded full payment upfront. My gates were never going to be ordered from *****! We have *so* much proofjust like many other victimsthat the gates are actually made in-house. They even tried to get political, throwing around the phrase American Made like it meant something coming from them.

    If you dont want to be scammed, lied to, and cheated out of your hard-earned money, *stay away* from these scammers. They are narcissists. After six months of **illegally** holding our money, we were finally able to get it back. You would think Sac Welding Supply would *finally* leave our family alonebut no. They continue to harass us, texting and offering gates in exchange for taking down the many public warnings weve posted across multiple platformsALL WITHIN OUR LEGAL RIGHTS!!!! 

    Our family stands by **every single** statement we've made, all backed with solid proof. LEAVE US ALONE.

    Demanded payment up front for supplies gate openers etc. kept promising delivery and not licensed for install but charged 7 k for install. Never delivered supplies or install. Will not answer calls. Website down. Vm full. 3 months of the run around. Have 12k of my money!!!!

    We do not do installation.
    we are just a metal supply store we sell pre manufactured metal products, 

      That review is not accurate and biased, 
    That specific customer has ordered from us before, four times and received orders, and was completely satisfied, 

    On the recent last order there was 11 change orders, that also included restocking fees,  customer and her husband could not make up their mind and we're very disorganized, on what they wanted to do for their project, their current order is ready to be picked up however there is restocking fees and change order fees due before it can be picked up or delivered we were very clear on this communication , now they are making formal complaints to try to get out of additional cost, 

    Said customer and her husband also approached one of our employees and offered to hire them on the weekends, 
    This deal made between them has nothing to do with our company, 

    Customer has significantly inaccurately reported inflated amount of money paid 
    Our invoicing process is quite clear this is nothing less than a definition campaign 

      We have over 900 5 star  with a 20% posting rate
