    So I replaced the break fluid in my vehicle. The next day I took my car to Lexus to have the tires rotated and oil change plus their multipoint inspection. I was shocked when the said my break fluid needed to be changed. When I told them I had it changed the day before they showed me the break fluid and tried to tell me I must have used a different color break fluid?? I said they have no credibility with me anymore. I asked to speak to the manager but they said he was on vacation. ??????

    We bought our lexus, from lexus of sacramento, we were not happy with their service. we test drove and like the car went ahead with the price that waslisted. We asked ******* if there's any discount available for us and as a customer you are allowed to ask that, ******* said no but let me ask my sales manager, ******* goes and talks to him and comes to us and said he says there's no discounts BUT IF YOU WOULD LIKE TO TALK TO HIM, I CAN ASK HIM TO COME SEE YOU GUYS. That's when I said sure we can talk to him IT DOESN'T HURT TO DO THAT . ***** comes doesn't introduce himself, so we ask who are you, then he said iam ****** we ask him there's discount that they can offer he goes "no This is a car that no one drove you guys are the first ones to test drive, we like okay you are saying if someone else drove this car, then we might get a discount. So, we have to come back for a discount, his reaction was yea you can come back in a year. That made my husband and feel very uncomfortable. I said as customer it doesn't hurt to ask for discount, "no your discount" in a joking way as I smiled. ********************* and left, We felt like wao what was that, what a discrimination. Anyway they charged us ******* MSRP which we had no Idea about. While we looked that paper work at home, we calculated and it was ******* extra. we called more then few times, it was hard to get in touch with anyone who could help us. someone there told us that its MSRP. We like no one really talked about this, how can they charge us without talking about it. So we got in touch with the general manager after few attempts, his reaction was even worse feeling for me. he said we REPEADETLY were asking for discount and there was no cooling off. which we only asked ******* and he was the one who got RUDE sales manager involved. I didn't know about this website that s why it took me 1 month to write on this.
