    On May 16, 2023 I had an eye exam at Bradshaw Optometry. This was my first visit to this optometry office. Before my visit I gave them my information they stated they found all my insurance information and I am covered for the exam. I came in about 20 minutes early for my appointment for paperwork. They said that they have all my information and I dont need to do any paperwork. I stated I really just needed a new contacts prescription. They fitted a trial set of contacts and I was done with the exam in about 5 mins. While checking out, they said my eye exam isnt covered and that I needed to pay $55. I just paid it and ordered contacts. About a week later I got text from them saying I owe another $75 for the eye exam. I told them to cancel my contact order and Ill contact me insurance. I did ask them to email my prescription. Then I called and told them to stop everything so I can contact my insurance. They emailed my prescription anyway. I contacted my insurance and eye coverage MES Vision plan. I filed a complaint through MES and they stated that the provider voided the claim and they should reimburse me the $55 due to the fact that they dont do stand alone contact exams. I received another text September 12,2023 stating that I still owe them $75. I asked for a mailed copy of the invoice and a detailed description of services rendered, they said they cant do that. Im trying to get from them what they consider an eye exam, I was in and out of that office within ******************************* received anything from them after the last conversation on September 12. Im running out of textplease ask any follow up questions as needed.
