    This business lacks professionalism and refused to return a $360 pre-payment that I asked them to return before my services began. I pre-paid in advance for a one-year renewal of my mailbox. Prior to the renewal date, I requested a refund of my pre-payment because I no longer needed the mailbox and worse, an important piece of mail sent to my box was improperly returned to sender. The owner refused to refund my pre-payment, even though I requested the refund before the renewal date. She misrepresented to me that it is not possible to refund my pre-payment, even though we both know that she can refund my money but is choosing not to.

    Enclosed please find my July 9, 2022 receipt for payment of $360.00 for a one-year renewal of my mailbox at the UPS Store, effective July 27, 2022. I requested a refund on July 25, 2022, two days before the effective date of the renewal, because I was dissatisfied with the mail service and no longer wanted to use *** Store.

    I have also enclosed evidence that the UPS Store was returning mail sent to my mailbox (#***). When I discovered that my mail was being returned to sender, I decided to use another mailbox and requested a refund. The UPS Store refused to ***** my refund, on grounds that they wanted to keep my money.

    On Tuesday, July 9, 2022 I went into get a few documents printed. I was charged a large fee and I asked for a receipt. The owner would not give me a receipt and would not give me an information number to contact to dispute. She then told me to never come back. I was denied a receipt from them, so I couldnt go over the fees.
