    On May 26, 2025, I visited this dispensary after seeing a promotional offer on their website stating that 14 grams of cannabis were available for $30. However, when I arrived at the store, I was told that this deal would not be honored in person. Furthermore, I was informed that if I placed the order online for the advertised 14g at $30, they would only provide an eighth (3.5 grams) instead.This is misleading and deceptive advertising. The website clearly listed a specific product and price, but in-store staff refused to honor the deal and even acknowledged that the actual product received would not match the online description. This creates a bait-and-switch situation and violates basic standards of honest marketing.Resolution Sought:I am requesting that the business either:Honor the advertised deal as posted on their website (14g for $30), Update and correct their advertising to reflect accurate product and pricing information to prevent misleading other consumers and provide a refund for the cannabis I purchased from them. Had I known the deal was not real I would have never drove out of my way to go to this establishment and would have went somewhere else where they work with honesty and integrity

    I was informed my order was ready for the second time they gave my order away and ***** couldn't comp me unless someone returned her call they had nothing left of what I order so left again with nothing wasted gas Nad time I want something for there mistake instead of being blown off you can't reach there office.

    They sold me a "Purist GMO Live Resin Cartridge." This is not at all live resin, but very low grade distillate oil. I called to speak with a manager who told me to bring it back. I did, and they said they would not exchange it or refund it. The woman became very sarcastic and told me I needed to take it up with the company that made the device. I said absolutely not, you sold it too me and it's not at all what the packaging says. Thai could actually be confirmed through costly analytical testing. There was just, recently, a class action lawsuit in ********** over this very same issue. And I will do everything in my power to bring resolution and clarity to this matter. Fake Product!!!!
