    July of 2022 Norcal Roofing reroofed my house and patio cover. However they tore off the portion of roof that connected the roofing that connected the house and patio leaving a gap that lets rain that leaks on the patio getting everything wet. I contacted a different roofer (Hi-Tech Roofing)November 2,2023 to fix the problem. He noticed dry rot on the under side of the patio roof. He said the dry rot had been there a long time and Norcal Roofing should have noticed that and fixed it. I contacted NorCal Roofing (They are Licensed)on November 2, 2023 (*************************** and ***** Patton (0wner))and let them know what the other contractor told me. They both said they would come out on November 6, 2023. They havent shown up and dont answer their phones. I am a Senior Citizen and care giver for my 97 year old Mom. Im unable to upload the email copy of the contact. I still have the email contract.

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to my concern, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.
    Looking forward to resolution to repair the dry rot.

    This company was hired by the *** of my condo to repair the roof of our bedroom after a very large branch from a tree fall above us.The company repaired the roof and after a less than a week the roof started to leak, turned yellow from water damage and now it's worst than before.I tried to contact the company multiple times and the lady that answered the phone hung up on me twice and keep finding excuses.I am in a hurry to fix this roof to sell my property before the raining season arrive.I also like to highlight the issue that I had as a customer with the lady that answered the phone and hung up on me twice. That's unacceptable from a business and an employee.
