    I put a down payment of $ ******* on a prowler travel trailer 2012 my truck stopped. Before I could pick it up when I got back to pick it up he sold it to someone else for more money. All I want is my money back. For some reason he says he doesn't have it

    B&L RV abused Ms. **** ********* 11-3-24: Sacramento Police Dispatcher 6064 documented incidents- 24-307179 & said do online rpt & call Police if issues when I come to get my title. 11-2-24: Police Officers ****** La ***************** documented B&L. 11-2-24: Dispatcher 1046 said RV is not stolen (provided plate ************* *****************). I told dispatcher I purchased RV cash in full & have receipts, etc. On 10-26-24 I put $1000 on RV. ****** ***** (owner) said we can use B&L RV address (business) for ************** storage. On 10-28-24 ********** provided Muktar $10,000 cash deposit for RV. ****** wrote receipt for $5355.33 balance & said for purchases. $5355.33 also includes $1000 for use of address, etc. 10-29-24: I paid $5355.33 (cash) to ***** (did papers but refuses to provide me owner copies). ***** put wrong papers in orange envelope & said he will call me to get title when arrives. ***** circled wrong ******* very honestly told agent I bought RV cash (in full, $15,355.33). While seated behind counter (with permission) ***** yelled @ me pointing his finger arm straight out "it will be your fault!". ****** (***********) approved liability insurance for me as owner. Papers done on B&L RV computer & said RV *** of $15,355.33 to ****** *************** present). I pulled RV papers from envelope & showed owner how ***** must correct all papers & provide. ****** said he will & allow him time to do ******* will call you. 11-1-24: RV broke down & ***** abusively said he is working on correcting my DMV papers (e.g ownership ************* son has to work!" & then "give it (RV) away!" ****** said to park RV inside of ***** RV ********* will provide me keys to gate. ****** was angry & told me to stop calling him. ***** towed RV for free, parked it in front of B&L. ***** fixed *********** said to just pay *****. I asked ***** (in front of ******) is $100 cash for RV repairs ok & ***** said yes (provided). ***** asked about my papers since ***** needs to provide.

    Ms. **** was left a message when her registration arrived. She has been called again now that the title is here. The processing time for a registration and title can between ***** days. We could not just give Ms. **** the title because we are required by law to process the registration on any vehicles sold. Ms. **** was allowed to use our address. She was not charged any fee for this. If you look at the attached deal summary the out-the-door price for the motorhome was $16,355.33. the $995 PDI is a dealer prep fee charged on all motorhomes. No one here, including myself,  that I observed was ever mean or aggressive towards Ms. **** or her son ******. The only point of contention was ***** did have to repeatedly ask ****** to please not stay in the shop. It is an insurance hazard.  The **** error" she is talking about is that when the notice to have insurance, which does no to to ***, she originally stated GEIGO which she than changed to progressive. No changes necessary since the form does not have a lien holder listed. Mr. ***** did ask Ms. **** to please not call his cell phone outside of business hours as she was calling him in the early moorings and well after close, interrupting his time with his family.
