Im denied bathroom breaks at work, Im am not allowed to leave site. When I asked to leave site to use the restroom I was told to use it before I came to work, or if I had to urinate to do it out side and if I had to p*** do it before work, I work 8-9 hours sometimes maybe even more. I was threatened to be removed from my work site because Im going to cost my boss his contract. On Sunday Dec 15 I urinated myself because I didnt have access to a restroom& when I called my superior, I was told he was busy give him a min that was @ 10:12 I didnt hear back til 10:30 and was demanded to wait a hour till he arrived. I then waited 2 hours in my urine. I was then removed from the site without being informed. When I text my boss he ignored me, when I called he also didnt answer I have been out of work for a week now. He hangs up in my face very rude and over works us with out over time, & so much more.

    Business Response

    Date: 12/26/2024

    Dear Better Business Bureau,

We are writing in response to the complaint filed by Zacary Money. We take all employee concerns seriously and strive to maintain fair, respectful, and professional workplace practices. Below is a summary of the events related to the complaint, as well as our policies and response:

    1. ************************************** ensures that all employees are aware of their entitlement to restroom breaks. Guards are instructed to contact their supervisors before leaving the site for documentation purposes. This procedure is in place to ensure transparency with our clients and accountability within our team. At no point do we deny restroom breaks to our employees.

    2. Incident in Question:
On the date in question, ****** contacted the supervisor to report an urgent need for a restroom break. The supervisor was addressing another situation at the time but promptly informed ****** that they would arrive to provide relief as soon as possible. According to our records, this call was returned within 18 minutes.

    3. Employee Actions:
When the supervisor arrived on site to relieve ******, ****** left site without making contact. Despite multiple attempts by the supervisor to reach ****** via phone, ****** did not respond or return to complete his scheduled shift.

    4. Pattern of Behavior:
While we acknowledge that some sites do not have on-site restroom facilities, ****** has demonstrated a recurring pattern of using restroom breaks to leave the site for extended periods. This includes activities such as leaving the premises for lunch during times designated solely for restroom breaks. This behavior has been addressed with ****** in prior discussions.

    5. Employment Status:
We have not "removed" ****** from his position without notice. Any actions taken regarding his employment have been in alignment with company policy and standard practices following repeated instances of unprofessional conduct. ****** is welcome to discuss this matter further with management to ensure clarity.

We remain committed to providing a safe, respectful, and compliant workplace for all employees while meeting the expectations of our clients. If ****** would like to address these concerns directly, we encourage him to reach out to Management.

Thank you for the opportunity to address this matter.
    Sincerely,

    Man ****
