    If I could leave negative stars I would. If you're looking for a place to get lied to, scammed, and taken advantage of safe haven security is the perfect place! They lie to you to make it seem like a perfect service/product that is a gift from heaven and get you into a contract and nothing works even remotely the way that anyone says it will. Then guess what?! Your in a contract, no one will help you, none of your issues will be fixed, you are stuck paying money for lies and ungodly service. I would never wish this association to my worlds worst enemy. THE. WORLDS. WORST. COMPANY. TO. EVER. EXIST. STAY AWAY!!!

    I told them over the phone that I did not want a security system installed, and that I only wanted the doorbell camera and smart home installed. They came while I was at work, and they guy convinced my wife and my mother that I had asked for the security system to be installed because it was required by our homebuilder or our HOA. I called about a week later to cancel it, because I was busy with a new job and a new house. There is only a 3 day cancellation period and after this they require payment of 75% of the whole 2 year contract, which is over $1,300. I've made several calls, and they refuse to budge, because they have a signed contract with us. We feel taken advantage of. STAY AWAY FROM THEM!
