    We chose to use this business to find a small residential care home for our father. The owner, *********, has a network of providers and she took on a tour of several residential care homes. We ultimately chose one of the facilities she showed us. My complaint is not with that aspect of her business, but rather the fact that after we made our choice, she then became uncommunicative and did not follow through on her other obligations. Her company website states that included in her service she will:- Contact family and medical facilities to work out any issues - Ensure all medical forms and supplies (ex. hospital bed, commode, ******, etc.) are delivered to the facility - Follow up with client and family to ensure the best care option was chosen None of the three services listed above were provided and as mentioned, she ignored texts/phone calls.To be honest, we (the client) do not pay her fee, so we are not out of pocket any money. She gets a finder's fee from the care home we chose to put our father in. However, she made $6,500 on this transaction for about three hours work on a Saturday. We don't have a problem with people making money by providing a quality product or service, but in the case of the Senior Referral Network, they did not provide the services promised. Our advice to others in the community that are looking to find a place for an elderly loved one is to be diligent and thoroughly research the company you use. Find someone who is willing to walk you through every aspect of the process, not just take the money and run.
