      My complaint is against ************************* Director and Founder of Blue Pie Productions *** and Blue Pie Records ***. ********************************** have numerous addresses around the world this makes it easy for them to scam independent artists. I am the widow of ******************* who was scammed by ************************* and continues to exploit my husbands music by duplicating songs & placing them on-line in digital stores for sale. ****** does not have permission and is committing copyright infringement. ***** my husband was diagnosed with pancreatic cancer 11/2017 he passed 11/2020. I recently tried to place a music album of all his last studio recordings on ************* was flagged by tunecore. I found that all the song duplicates were by Blue Pie placed without permission & is committing copyright infringement. A three year artist representation contract signed with ****** in 2/20/15. The contract is no longer valid & was voided early in 2017 when ****** with held 2 songs from us for over a year when he knew ***** was dying from cancer. He took advantage of us while my husband was dying & he thinks he can profit from his death still. We paid ****** for 3 recordings approx $20,000 and Never Received Any Monies not one ***** from Blue Pie Records/productions. Blue Pie is run like the 80s pyramid scheme. Here is link from artist that is warning about Blue Pie scams **************************, ******************* has gone through what i & many artists have & will go through if ***************** stopped from deceptive business practices. I have all documents, copyrights, contracts, emails, money transfers. Im currently waiting to hear from our music lawyer on options to proceed forward. Independent music artists are vulnerable to predatory label companies scamming you out of money or worse your song. Tunecore should be held liable they let labels, industry professionals get a $49.99 yearly account. This makes it easy to steal from the artist
