      My son attended this tutoring center for about a year. I decided to take him out and notified the center via email on September 19th 2022. ************ responded attempting to convince me not to unenroll but I was set in my decision. On October 3rd I had a charge in my bank account for Kumon tutoring. I reached out to ************ again via email on October 8th to which he responded that I did not inform him of the cancellation by the cancellation date of September 20th 2022. I responded that I did and my email was sent on September 19th. He accepted that he was corrected and stated I would be refunded within a few days. As of today I have still not been refunded my $290 dollars. I reached out to ************ again on October 21st 2022, stating that I hadn't been refunded and to please provide a new ETA on the refund. I have received no further responses.
