    On March 15th I made a purchase to get 4D imaging done for my baby before moving out of state. We went to the appointment on March 25th and the merchant could not do the imaging and let me know that she would refund the amount back to me because there was no way for her to get the images done. She said that she would do the refund because I was moving out of state the next day and I was not able to come back another day to try to see if she could get the images done. I tried reaching out after a week or so because I still had not seen the refund back to my account. After not being able to get the issue handled I reached out and made a dispute with the card I used for the payment and have now been waiting 52 days plus for the merchant to respond to them to get a resolution. The merchant is not responding to any texts or emails that I personally sent nor the dispute agents trying to handle the issue as well. I am just very upset that I paid near $100 for a service and left with nothing and now I am out the $96 I was promised a refund on because the service couldnt be done. At this point I would like the $96 refunded so I can be done with trying to deal with this
