    I hired Key for Design to do a website. I was quoted and received paperwork to complete and explain my vision. They said I'll be able to run it myself once its done. After several months of waiting I was delivered an unfinished product with work that looked nothing close to the professional sites they showed me as examples. Every call I got was only to sell me more products for my site that I assumed would come with a site costing $1500. Then after not hearing from anyone for months and having to send multiple texts and emails, I'm told my project was given to someone else. He redid my site which took another several months and, again, called to sell me more products. While this version was better, I asked again if I'll have the capability to run this site myself when done. he said some stuff but not much and that I would have to go through them to add new products. The site 10 months later is still not done and I'm not confident in using it because I'm not going to be able to use the site without having to reach out to KFD and buying more products/services.

    I paid this company to design, host and publish my business website $1100. I was told it would be up in a few days. After a week I was told another few days. After another week I was told that I would get an update by the end of the day. It has been about a week and a half and now no one is even replying to me. I emailed three separate people plus their customer support. I then called the phone number for 24/7 customer support and no one answered the phone. I tried again a few days later and got a voicemail and left a message. Still no reply!
