    This is for a $15 rebate. Buy steak and 2 bottles of Louis Martini Cabernet, submit online and receive your rebate. Did this and the rebate was rejected unbeknownst to me. Called a rep from the rebate agency and they said it qualified and she resubmitted. Again. No response and it was rejected. Followed up again. New rep says the submission was rejected but acknowledges that I fit the terms and conditions.

    I don't even remember how many times I contacted this company for a refund.1. Reservation change/cancellation = No refund has been received.2. The new reservation has been canceled due to a mistake by the winery company. (Refund completed)3. I made a new reservation (I made a reservation for 3 people but only 2 people visited due to a scheduling problem): They said they would refund the reservation fee for one person, but they have not received a refund for one person's reservation fee. As a result of checking with the credit card company, 3 payments have been made and only one refund has been received. I will send you the attached file.
