    In 2019 I received a judgment for ******* payed it off tru a payroll garnishment now they clam i owe 3000. In interest rates for the last 6 year in witch I thought it was paid but they are claiming I still had a balance and then add 500. Why I was on the phone

    This transaction started early 2019 at ***********************************************. I had surgery on my wrist 3 months prior in ******** and I came in due to pain. When I came in, they didnt even seat me in a room, they took me off to the side and looked at my arm then said it was possibly swelling from the surgery then sent me home within less than 10 minutes of being called over. However, they are trying to claim I owe over $150 for a strep test, Ive never had any testing done what so ever at ********************************************************. I had requested via phone a copy of the records from credit consulting services several times over the last 2 years. Id never received one until recently when I requested via email. I explained the amount was inaccurate they advised me that I needed to contact *************************. ************************* has not responded to me. A woman from CCS called me and asked when I was going to pay $717. I told her the situation and she put me on hold came back and said that she would call me back in a few minutes, I havent heard from them again since. That was about 2 weeks or more ago. At this point I am over it and want it off my credit. *** tried for 2 years now to work with them and they keep giving me the go around. They have ignored my requests and caused interest to go up almost almost $200. I believe this is being done fraudulently in order to get extra money for services not received and money for interest due to the lack of communication and ignorance to my requests. How can I fix it if they arent working with me? Again it took them 2 years to send me a list of the bill until I requested via email. Ive attached the proof of recent emails. One to CCS requesting breakdown as well as one to ************************* requesting they fix the balance. No response from either on the incorrect balance. Please help BBB I am getting nowhere with them.
