    I am rejecting this response because: You don't legally have to have require a receipt to claim a warranty. As a company they should hold on to original documents for all sales for a minimum of 7 years. That is the law and for there a good customer service they should be able to look that up and not say that its going to take them to long to find the receipt. As I mentioned that is just an excuse to not fix the problem. I due not want them to touch my truck and/or any of my vehicles again because of there poor and unprofessional service. I'm requesting them to be responsible for what ever it costs me to get it fix with another shop.

    Hi, Customer was told when the installation took place to save there receipt. because that is what makes the warranty valid. When he came in today he was told we stand by our warranty as long as he provided the receipt. He said he doensn't save any receipts and he had thrown it away. It is extremely difficult to find his receipt being that we have hundreds of customers. That's why we explain to every single customer the importance of saving there receipts. Our invoices and policy states this as well.

    Good afternoon, We sincerely apologize for any misunderstanding and inconvenience this situation is creating. We do stand behind our product and are more than willing to help in reaching an agreement. To further assist the customer we need a timeline as to when the purchase was made or a  referrance number(Invoice#). More information is needed to be able to find his invoice so we can do the research needed and resolve this issue.Since he is a retail customer it becomes harder to find the invoice pertaining to the transaction.When a customer has an account it is an easier task to accomplish.  In regards to keeping documents for 7 years that is true but Like I had mentioned before we issue thousands of invoices per year. So any assistance / information that can be given will help.

    I am rejecting this response because: They refused to look up my receipt, because they can try and walk way off the problem when the customer loses there receipt. They were not willing stand behind there work. I do not have any time to be wasting with business owners that work like that. Sadly I was one of those customers of them. Like I mentioned I do not want to have any business with them again at all! I took my truck to a mechanic and I was charged $250 to fix the electrical problem. They want to back up there work? they have to pay that amount to me in order for me to not have the complain against them.

    We had Alpha come to replace the windshield in my wife's truck on 03/26/2024. The person removed the window and door trim to replace the windshield. The person broke the satellite antenna wire and the trim. When they put everything back together, they taped the trim down and did not mention that they had broken the antenna. We called them when we saw the damage; they said the trim was old, and the antenna was damaged when they pulled the trim off, but the trim was old, so we needed to buy new trim, and they would put it on. They broke it, damaged the trim and wire, and didn't say anything, but they expect us to pay to fix it. I called to talk to the manager "*******" on 03/27/2024. He was busy and was supposed to call me back. It has been almost a week, and no one has called us.

    Good afternoon,  

    I apologize for the delayed response.

    ******* did communicate with the customer in regards to her antenna / molding. Those 2 items were damaged from previous installation(not done by us) our glass installer also mentioned it to the customer.  She stated she would discuss the issue with her and once they had the parts thery would  call back. We haven't heard from them since.
