    I have documentation proving I had money in 3 of my accounts. Additionally the business has surveillance proving I went onsite to fill out auto debit.Trojan is claiming that it never happened and are now threatening me with auction of my items.

    Dear ***************************** and BBB,


    We appreciate the opportunity to address this complaint and provide clarity regarding the circumstances that led to the enforcement of a legal lien on the storage unit.
    Our records indicate that **************** failed to make payments for his storage unit for a period of three months, thereby falling into default. As a result, a legal lien was placed on the unit in accordance with California Civil and Criminal Codes Sections 21700-21716, 2328, and Sections 1812.600-1812.609, PC 353.
    We made extensive efforts to reach **************** during this period. Our documented records show that we attempted to contact him 36 times through various methods, including registered mail, voicemails, text messages, and hard copy notices. Despite these efforts, there was little to no correspondence from ****************.


    As stipulated in the lease agreement and in accordance with California State Civil and Criminal Codes, after 90 days of non-payment, the unit was placed on the standard auction system. This process is part of the lawful procedure for handling delinquent accounts.


    In addition to not owing **************** any funds, we, in fact, reduced his past due rate as a gesture of good faith to try and keep him in good standing.
