    Absolutely no communication. Called several times and went straight to voicemail. Made an order on website, however, never got confirmation email nor have I seen any communications since. They were happy to debit my bank, but completely ghosted me since. Unacceptable. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

    I want to rave about the experience I had with TVserviceParts.com. On their website, I found the part I needed for a 2013 *********** I ordered the part on a Sunday, and on Monday I received communication about the part and apologies for a possible 2- to 3-day delay in getting the part from the manufacturer. (I was prepared for this.) However, by Tuesday the part was shipped, and I received it on Wednesday! I was able to install the part and get my TV up and running that night. I applaud this company for clear communication and speedy delivery!
