    **** (owner) agreed to do my car wrap on my **** ***** ******* for ****** I paid **** ***** deposit and dropped of my car at his shop in Salinas on ***** **** ***** **** said it would take no more than a week as he already had the materials to start the job. During this time we messaged back and fourth on the process of the job and it started to take longer than the week. **** said he needed another week due to "defects" of the vinyl, so I said ok and than that week turned into week 3. By this time I was frustrated with not having my car back as promised and I had to rely on rides to work as I didn't have my car for 3 weeks. **** stated he was stressing due to having to finish my car and had two other cars he needed to start as well. I finally took my car home on *** ** at ******* I waited at his shop for him to ******* Next day I looked over my car and couldn't believe how bad the ***** wrap was done. The bumpers were peeling and had ******** my rear bumper was not put back on correctly, I have cuts all over the rubber seals by my windshield. The wrap looks terrible so I stopped by a local wrap shop in *** **** and the owner looked at my car and said that the wrap job on my car is the worst job he has ever seen and half the car needs to be redone. I contacted **** and explained to him the problem and he said he felt rushed even though he had the car 3 weeks. I told him I will need to have my bumpers, side mirrors and few other parts redone so **** offered me a refund. I accepted the offer for refund but I felt bad asking for the full ***** so I asked him for only ***** and he agreed to that amount. **** said he would refund me and never did, I would follow up and he would say ok "ill go to back on weekend and send it" but never did. I have been ****** for my ****** for over a month and all he says is ok than ignores my messages. I just want my money so I can get my car fixed. I have pics of the car and screenshots of our conversation for ****** I have more *****
