    I receive many emails about a balance due, when you try and contact the school no one answers or returns your call back. I am requesting a detail statement in writing of this balance due. No written documentation has ever been provided to me before they started billing. I am not longer able to access the student portal maybe because I withdrew from the course back in January 11 of this year.

We apologize; however, we do not have record of you leaving voicemails to inquire about your balance. When we received your complaint, we attempted to contact you to review your ledger card and balance, but we were unable to reach you. The balance owed is due to the books that were not returned to the college. If you have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact me or your campus support team at ************.      I am rejecting this response because: I was never advised to return my books in my many communications with the **** *******************************. And my withdrawal date is inaccurate in which I am waiting to hear from ***************************** (its been more than 24 hours now).
