    Horable people and service. Come to find out they sold me a used floor modle. Instald it wrong. Caused thousands in water damage and never tryd to fix it. When ask if they where acreddited with the bbb or what there buissnes licence was they got agrovated and thretend to call the police if i wasent hapy.

    We are sorry to hear that Mr. ******** was dissatisfied with his experience and appreciate the opportunity to clarify the situation.The customer, ****** *******, purchased a Whirlpool dishwasher that was installed by ********* Construction on February 17, 2025. At the time of installation, all water connections were tested by the installer, and no leaks were detected.When we were later informed of a water issue, we promptly coordinated with Appliance Repair Specialists (ARS), a factory-authorized servicer for Whirlpool, to assess the unit under warranty. The first ********** visit took place on May 1st, where signs of rodent activity were found. As a result, the ********** was unable to proceed.After the customer uninstalled the dishwasher and addressed that the previous rodent issue had been resolved, the ********** returned and discovered a manufacturing defecta missing seal in the pump assembly. The pump and motor were replaced on May 12th. Because the unit was uninstalled by the homeowner, a full system test was not possible at that time.After the unit was reinstalled, another water issue was reported. On May 27th, ARS found a split in the upper right tub, which was deemed repairable. The customer declined this repair and stated they would pursue the issue with Whirlpool directly.Its also important to clarify that the dishwasher in question was a display model, clearly communicated as such during the purchase. It was received new by Harlows on December 27, 2024, and placed on display on January 2, 2025. The unit had never been used prior to ******* addition to the technical concerns, we must also address conduct that occurred after the fact. A gentleman claiming to represent this customer proceeded to call our store 17 times within a 13-minute period on a Saturday. When told a manager would follow up on the next business day, the caller became verbally abusive to our sales staff, including use of profanity. He claimed to be calling from the BBB and stated he would be filing a complaint.When the repeated calls and aggressive behavior did not stop, our staff informed the caller that if the harassment continued, the police would be contacted. No threats were madeour team simply took reasonable steps to protect our employees from repeated verbal abuse and disruption.We take customer issues seriously and strive to resolve them promptly and professionally. We remain open to facilitating further communication between the customer and Whirlpool, but we ask that all future interactions occur in a respectful and constructive manner.Sincerely,Harlows Kitchen Concepts **** ******, General Manager

    They do not stand by their products. I paid over 1,000 2 months ago and it's already having issues with the door closing. 4 hours went by without seeing that the door didn't close all the way. I was told if it's not something they can fix I'll be charged a service. I purchased ALL of my appliances from there because they stand by what they sell. Apparently that's not the case anymore and I won't purchase ANYTHING from there EVER again. The WORST customer service ever. I guess they rip off enough people that bad reviews don't matter to them.
