    On Monday July 29th around closing time I went to the *********** to Iphix to get a battery change. When I got there, the phone tech repair lady saw the battery was swollen and immediately said it was the battery and to give her 25 mins. to change it. I did, came back and the phone was working great, paid and left. The next morning I heard my alarm go off, but the screen was off so I thought the battery just ran out. I plugged it in to charge it did turn on at all but I felt it vibrate. I heard it ring as well but the screen was still black. I then noticed the condensation on the camera lense. I went back as soon as they opened the next morning and the same phone tech repair lady was there so I proceeded to tell her what happened and she proceeded to check it. She also noticed the condensation and immediately said it was water damage and she couldn't fix it. She said that somehow at my house it got wet, but it sure as h*** didnt. I told her it was impossible that it had water because I left my phone on the desk all night. She then proceeded to tell me she only used alcohol to clean the phone and then replaced the battery. But my husband said that she has to use electric parts cleaner which she didn't. I would just like my phone to get fixed peoperly.
