    JB Concrete Construction started construction on 4/14/2022 for my side yard. I found cracks on the concrete (05/01/2022), unstamped slate borders and shoe prints of size 12 inches found on (05/04/2022) with shoe size 11 impressions. I spoke with ***** and informed me that he will come back in 1 week after he was notified on 05/12. ***** rescheduled for the following day. On May 13 ***** had canceled again but wanted to stop by over the weekend which we were unavailable. After my May 13th reply I did not received a response from *****. May 17th I followed up with ***** and he scheduled for May 18th but his guy didn't show up until May 19th, which was unannounced. His foreman, Fernando, with another person inspected both cracks and shoe prints and confirmed as well as a reassurance that it will be fixed. I messaged ***** on June 3rd but didn't get a call from him. June 8th, I followed up again with *****. He replied that he was working on getting the problem fixed on the following week. June 15th, since I haven't heard from him since, he replied that he was waiting on Eddy, the quality control for the company, but didn't get a follow up after his last text. June 27th, I contacted for an update, still no update about Eddy. July 1, ***** was able to get a hold of Eddy and scheduled to come on July 7, Thursday. July 6th, I asked for confirmation but no reply. July 7th ***** contacted me again but Eddy is still not available. July 15th, another follow up and rescheduled again for July 21st to start the demolition. Again, no show. Last message from ***** was July 21 that the trailer was unavailable but will see if that Saturday or Tuesday was good. Those days had passed but didn't hear from him again.
