      The company has used them for years. The copiers are workhorses. I am very please with customer service and the techs that come out. When I call they are usually there that day or the next.

      In January of *********************************************** and during the process they lost the e mails and history. After many more calls with multiple contractors for them of which no one passed along the issue or information. This went on for 4 weeks as I was selling my business. Not to mention they told me to cancel one of the accounts attached to the business to fix the issue. Then they billed me $2100 for not fixing the problem.After multiple calls the said they reviewed the history without talking to me and I still owe them the money. NEVER USE THIS COMPANY

      Such a headache! The person who worked in my position before retiring lined up the copier and lease agreement. All was ok until the copier started to malfunction back in Sept 2023. We reported it and requested a service call. The tech came and said he fixed it. It was not fixed. After many repeated calls and lots of wasted copies/paper (we're charged per copy so this was a sore spot), we were finally told in Dec 2023 we would just need a new machine. No big deal, it would be here soon. Jan 3, 2024 we received an email that a new machine had been shipped. Feb 4, I finally reached out and asked if they were pushing it to us on its tiny wheels. Feb 17ish, the new machine was finally installed. My computer suddenly started having issues with printing anything landscape orientation, won't print more than 1 copy of anything, and refuses to print double-sided. For what you pay a month, we could've owned our own machine and replaced the cartridges monthly and still been a ridiculous amount of money ahead. I was told we're technically paying for the service, more than the ink and machine. If that's the case, we're certainly not getting what we pay for. If I could put up a billboard not recommending this company, I would!!! At this point, I just want out of the lease. In no part is anything on their end being upheld.
