    I ordered a picket fence from this company through Amazon. The product description showed pictures of the product as able to choose between 10 and 17 pickets, which was the deciding factor for the purchase. I placed the order for 840 inches of picket fence at $1,048.58. This fence is only able to hold 10 pickets per panel, no 17 picket option. I requested a refund and was told the seller does not offer prepaid returns. These are 7 boxes at approximately 50 pounds each, 45" long x 5" high & 5" wide. *** estimate is about $135/box from ** to CA - about the cost of the item. Seller has since updated the item description to state 20 pickets, previously that was unclear. Their response was that the 17 picket option is a different model #. That model # is not mentioned on the photo. Any reasonable consumer would believe this item could be customized as the picture prior indicates how the height and post position can be adjusted. Intentionally misleading, did not state prepaid returns unavailable on post - forcing consumer to keep unwanted item as return is cost prohibitive. I request a prepaid packing slip and full refund.
