On October 4, 2022 we informed him he the shower leaks. He texted that he did no like to tighten to much as it would break. We hired a plumber to repair leak at a cost of $75.00 on October 24. When Mr ****** was informed he texted that he had been here several times and no one was here. BS
Today we found the repair he did on the back North side is leaking. We have a quote from the plumber to insulate Pipes and Run Copper Water MAIN.
Mr. ****** never assumes responsibility for his actions or lack of.
We want reimbursed for the costs the plumber is charging us for the work ****** was paid to do. I don't know what the charge will be to fix the latest leak that ****** supposedly fixed. So far we have $1,875.00.
I will be filling a complaint against his $22,060.00 estimate that we paid him and he did such shoddy work, incomplete etc.

As a good faith effort. I sent Mrs. ****** a check for reimbursement. Contrary to her statements . I made multiple attempts to tighten the leak on the shower head . I went to the property twice to correct the leak . First time I was turned away by her husband because she had a “Bad night “ ,and was sleeping. The next attempt. They couldn’t be there, as they had business in another city. Third attempt approximately 1 hour before my scheduled appointment. Her husband text me . To cancel once again. Stating his wife was sick . The final attempt. Being the 4th . I went to the property. No answer at the door . I was never informed of any emergency leak ? Not sure what to make of that . As an “emergency “ leak . Should have prompted some sort of contact. Yet it did not . I only found out . As a result of this complaint. This was a 50 year old noble home. With significant neglect. All through the work. I was being rushed by the owners. They kept up stating the needed to get out of the motel. They had been staying at . Because of the cost, and inconvenience. Again I made several attempts to correct the leaking shower head . For the matter of any other leak . I was never made aware . Nor was I given opportunity to even see it . Much less correct it . Once again if it was such an emergency, as stated in this complaint. It should have warranted some sort of contact . No such contact was made . Which is suspect . As to the real issues. As I was never able to see. What is topic of this complaint.

I am rejecting this response because: Today, Ascent Plumbing is here to repair the work supposedly done by ****** Construction.   The fact that we were sold a Mobile Home

by sellers who failed to disclose has no bearing on ******** work ethic or quality of work.  The $1,800.00 has turned into $4,000.00 because he dd not do the work.  We also have $230.00 bill from Ascent plumbing fixing the leak that ****** was to have fixed. I am filing all of this with The California Contractor's Licensing board. We gave him every opportunity to come fix the shower and I was sick the day he did and he never came back between 10/4/2022 and 1024/2022 when we had someone else come and fix it.
****** charged us a total of $30,650.00 for sub par work.  We are dealing with leaks, fuses that continue to kick off and paying to fix what we already paid for.

I am rejecting this response because: The first check sent by ****** was only addressed

to ***** *** ****** * ******** ** ***** and the mail man put it in the manager's box. She had to open it in order to find out who it belonged to.  No other check has been received to date. It seems Mr. ****** would have the courtesy to address the envelope to the proper people.
