    First, we walked into the room and were surprised to see a wet, dirty mop laying on the floor next to the bathroom, by the bed. This shouldve been our first red flag but we ignored this odd sighting and made our way to the bed. Only after laying in it, did we come to find pepperoni and pistachio shells scattered across the comforter. This let us know the room obviously wasnt properly cleaned but again, we pushed the thought aside with the last and continued our stay. Then, during a shower, the drain refused to drain any water, causing the shower floor to flow, nearing the edge of the rim. This forced me to repeatedly have to keep turning off the water in between rinses, which was stressful to have to keep an eye on during my ********* other half couldnt even shower for about 2 hours while the manager and his crew came in and out with loud machines and tools to fix it, after I regrettably, had to call for help to drain it. The machine was so loud we left after the first 30 minutes.Upon our return, our door was closed, which we thought meant it was fixed, as there was no notice left or anyone who came to tell us of its condition.During a quick inspection, the drain was found still unable to drain. We decided to deal with it and move on with the night. To add on to the experience, we both were rudely awakened with a very strong rotten egg-like smell in the middle of the night. Lastly, when we stepped out of bed the floor was found covered in puddles from the bathroom to the outer bedroom floor due to plumping problems (which explained the smell).
