    A front desk associate who told me her name was "********" at ************************** office was very rude to me since I arrived. She said my appt was canceled because I arrived "late" at 11:23am (6/1/24) according to her, but I was not late at all if anything I arrived before scheduled time with paperwork completed online. My appointment time according to a txt message from OFFICE sent 5/31/24 that states 11:20am APPT and to confirm reply "1" to confirm. I was also txted a link pto confrim and upload information. Appt Time on that link indicates "11:25am". I completed the pre-registration forms; did not upload ID as I was planning on providing ins and ID in person. I arrived at 11:23am at the front desk. I was told I'm late my appointment was "canceled". Then she said "well you didn't complete the paperwork, your suppose to show up 20 minutes before you appt"; then I showed her the pre-registration form was filled online already. Due to the fact I had to wait well over an hour to get just 1 xray of my knees. When I asked her about the wait time after 50min ******** replied in an impolite manner "we have other patients!".Another issue at that location was the radiologist tech who took my xray; he was also very unprofessional. He only took ONE image. He had me undress in front of him in the xray room and after the xray he rushed me out the room didn't even let me grab my stuff he took it upon himself "grabbed my pants, wallet, keys." Sensitive stuff I have alot cred it cards, cash in my walllet. I asked him please do not grab my belongings he replied "I have other people waiting" and proceeded to take my belongins outside the xray room, then he gave me my belongings back and told me to change. I had many mri, ct scans, and xrays in my life. This is by far my worst experience, very unprofessional and poor patient care and attitude towards patients. I have never had any tech in 20 years of doing radiology and he GRABs my personnel belongins without my consent.

    This review is based on my mothers experience and ongoing road blocks shes encountering to help with her cancer surgery and treatment.I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the recent MRI report provided by your facility. The report contained significant errors that have had a profound impact on my mothers health and well-being. Due to these inaccuracies, her breast cancer surgery and subsequent treatment have been unnecessarily delayed, causing her immense stress and anxiety not to mention constant pain and discomfort from the cancer eating away her breast.The delay in receiving accurate information has not only postponed critical medical procedures but has also compromised the overall effectiveness of her treatment plan. This level of negligence is unacceptable, and I urge you to review your quality control processes to prevent such detrimental mistakes from occurring in the future. Anyone, not even a medical professional can read this report and identify the crucial errors.I hope that steps will be taken to address this issue promptly and to ensure that other patients do not have to endure similar hardships.
