    I ordered two new tires for my motorcycle The cost was $488 and change. My order was divided it only shows the rear tire I called in and they said they were having system issues. Once I talked to the person at chaparral, they said they had the problem rectified. I checked for tracking and everything has totally disappeared there is no recourse other than filing a complaint. There are no customer service workers working there is no one in the office and the help that I did get on the phone was not helpful other than apologizing. I have no idea how to retrieve what I paid for. I purchased the tires about a week ago they were supposed to deliver 2 days ago and there is absolutely no sign of them and this is the weekend and you have to wait two more days before you get a halfway response. I will never use this company again due to the lack of concern displayed in regards to solving the problem I basically was just told it's a system error this happens often on our end we will get it corrected. And now I don't have any way whatsoever other than filing this complaint and going to the bank Monday morning to reverse the charges this is not what I signed up for. Again the system error that they are dealing with obviously has been ongoing because I read these other reviews and it is very similar to mine and yet they are still functioning and no one has investigated. So the consumer has to suffer with situations as such. This was a very unpleasant purchasing experience but it is also common now seemingly after COVID nothing or no one is on task it is always system reliant and when the system fails the customer just gets profuse apologies. That doesn't fix anything. I need my money back or find what happened to the tires that I purchased. There is no tracking no nothing it is like I paid into a scam that is how I feel not being able to do anything but go to the BBB and file a complaint.

    Horrible horrible horrible. Bikes are overpriced, sales people are rude and ignore you until you approach them, they treat you like youre stupid if you ask a basic question and I could keep going. If im asking a question I obviously dont know the answer. Today went in looking for a dirt bike. I dont have the best credit but have a good income coming in. I can comfortably afford a bike. I gave my numbers to the salesman. *** minutes later I blatantly saw him laughing at me with his coworkers starting at me. I dont know if it was because my credit or not sure why but I felt humiliated. Place is incredibly inclusive. Sale persons name was ******* avoid him at all costs im begging you. Hes a young dude with tattoos. Dont even want to begin on the other staff. You can ask someone stocking or working in the department about a product 10 FEET AWAY and they wont have a clue about it or how to help you. The funny thing about my situation today was that right after I was humiliated and laughed at I drove over to ********************** of Redlands and they very comfortably helped me with numbers. The dude I spoke with explained everything about each trim of the bikes. He went beyond his duty to help me find a bike that would fit my riding style and budget. I took my bike home that day. Im begging you please check out the Redlands store I mentioned. Dont give these lying 2 faced people a dollar or a second of your time. **** never be returning to Chaparral Motorsports ever in my life. Wish I could leave negative stars.

    I got a tire that they sent me. It was a Bias instead of a Radial. They took the tire back and I got the radial that I needed. No problems, no hassle, no problems. They were great. I buy all my motorcycle tires from Chapparral. Great place to do business. AND they are also the best price.

    We ordered golf cart tires from them, they took a lot longer than what was quoted and one came in with a slash. In the meantime I had to purchase another 4 so I could have tires for the golf cart that was already sold- I couldn't wait for a replacement tire.They gave a credit for 1 tire. The other 3 are no good to me. They would not take the other 3 back unless I paid for return shipping. HORRIBLE to work with, condescending and so rude. NO STARS - horrible people.... RUN

    I ordered a roof for my SxS and paid over $400. Shortly after my order I was told it was canceled due to shipping restrictions. Almost a month later I still have not received my money back. Disgusting.

    Worst customer service ever! Assistant manager Michael L*** informed us that we were going to have to pay an additional $240 in shipping for an oversized item AFTER we had already paid for the entire order.
    The Chaparral Motorsports site is misrepresenting themselves with an “A+” rating from BBB but the actual BBB website shows a “B” rating.
    Total scam shop!!
