  The business powder coated my calipers and destroyed each one. Broken seals, chips and bubbles. Unpainted side. I payed the business 400 for the bad work.

  I offered this customer to redo his calipers & replace the (1) torn dust boot, however he chose to take them elsewhere & left me a negative review on ******* Customer was simply upset because I didnt want to meet him on a Saturday, as there was no appointment scheduled for Saturday, and Im only by appointment.

  We had an appointment scheduled but guy continued to tell me he forgot and that he , did not give a s*** that he missed our appt. Also the calipers have paint chips all over. 6 bad seal boots. I have spoken to multiple powder coating shops who stated all seals are from the paint that was left over due to a bad job. I have warned others about this shady business.

  Hello, our business is ran on weekends by appointment only, as stated on ****** and on our shop windows. We did not have an appointment scheduled for pick up, we only made our customer aware that we would not be available until after 11am/12pm on Saturday and we would confirm when we were in the area. As far as the coating, the rounded area at the bottom with the ridges is from masking tape, it can easily be removed and the circle will be completely round after. We are a reputable shop and strive to make sure our customers are satisfied, however this customer became hostile through telephone when he found out we were not at our shop at the "scheduled time" when there was no particular time set. His hostility continued when I arrived at the shop asking me if "I knew who he was." I request the same respect from my customers as I give them. I am willing to redo them for him and replace his dust boots at no charge, though there was only one torn and we typically charge for new caliper rebuild kits. We are in no way a "shady" business.

  Im not sure how you would still have excuses after the hostile customer service and negative job you did. Damaged a 3k part. Let alone wasted my time after having to do meet up on our scheduled appointment day that your forgot. Not sure how that makes sense after telling me to s**** off even at our appointment. Takes a special someone to do that. And have warned others who works on high end builds.
