    I placed an order on November 7, 2022 for 96 leather hat patches and prepaid the order at their request for $400. On 11/22/22 I received communication back after several attempts to receive an update on the order that the order shipped out and they would provide tracking information. I never received tracking information even after multiple email and instagram message attempts, and phone calls that were not answered. On 1/2/23 I finally got them to respond after threatening to go to the BBB, asking for a refund that they said they would give and I have not had any response back to date. Product ordered never received, no refund received.

    I had the misfortune of watching this gentleman's goonlife videos on YouTube and was looking for a reputable print shop.

    I contacted this gentleman about pressing up a small order of 50 hats for me we agreed on a price of $450 which he demanded I pay up front. Ok no problem.

    He told me it would be a 2-week turnaround I said that sounds great. After 2 weeks I asked him about the products he said he was busy I said no problem. After 4 weeks he said they should be done by Monday okay cool no problem.

    That was in September I have been hounding this man everyday in an attempt to get a refund since about November when I realized I was never going to get a product and I was just getting the runaround that scammers do.

    I read his Yelp reviews which he has since now deleted and they were mostly negative of him doing the same thing to people. It's amazing he feels he can just take people's money promise them goods and services and then just keep the money.

    He finally told me that he would issue a refund in 30 days which was to be December 14th. (After telling me My best bet is to just take him to court).

    This man stole $450 from my family at Christmas time... Real goon life move.

    I would be interested in getting everybody together on here and starting a class action lawsuit against him because he is defrauding people. Or we all take him to small claims court. He has since shut down his SB trophy and print shop business as I assume stealing from so many people and remaining in a location isn't a good idea.

    Here it is January 2023 and I've yet to receive a refund.

    I went to the police they told me I should handle this in civil court which I will be doing once I get some time off to go to the courthouse, however the fact that this person thinks they can get away with this is absolutely disgusting and steal from families.

    I have receipts for everything he even screenshotted that he received my money via zelle. Open and shut case.

    ****** who usually runs the front desk at sb trophy basically robbed me blind .

    This guy had me pay up front on multiple occasions and never produced !

    Not only does he owe me 400 t shirts , 400 hats , 200 sweat shirts tons of knickknacks !

    I’ve got everything I need to get him in court but being a solid homie haven’t gone that route shit getting out of hand with these fake hustlers
