    Date left in possesion for repairs 1/4/23 Repair for charge port of headset. Shop streched a cable during repairs and i am waiting for him to fix as he promised. Its now 6/26/23 and still no repair and no oculus. Asked for my oculus quest 2 back with full refund of $150 as it was his error in stretching the cable. He refuses refund. I have asked 3 times since 6/26/23 by text when can i pick up oculus and he is not responding. Orders are attached. 1 st order is the original showing total paid $150 and picked up an Oculus quest 2 i believed was the original fixed. He replaced my oculus for a used lesser model. I returned the device and agree on waiting for him to fix my original. The second order is showing i returned the device he tried to swap.

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID .********, , and find that Mediation is necessary as they have my property and are not showing any attempt to give it back.  I still believe this can be resolved and we can both move on.

    I would like to reject the offer of Mediation for complaint ID ********. We refuse to deal with those who spread lies and other misinformation about the business, customer service experience, or who make negative assumptions. Had you responded in less than 2 weeks; we could've verified the system version. We did what other shops wouldn't have done, and replaced the Device, and were instead ridiculed and essentially called thieves. All resolution offers have been not only declined but accusations have been made. Had you responded in a timely manner, we wouldn't be where we are. A (2) Week response time from you is not our fault!

    I paid $205 to get my PS5 fixed ( I attempted repair first) on June 17 Normal price is $165, $205 is due to me damaging some stuff. I was offered 90 days warranty initially. The guy took a video of the repair and it “working” really fast, not enough to show if it worked fully. I see the video and think it works 100% so I sign the paper they tell me to sign and took it home on June 28. After about a minute if use it glitches out and the screen goes black. After requesting warranty or even a partial refund I was told the drill holes are to blame and his work was good. On a second note he attempted a repair I didn’t authorize. Apparently I broke a part and he tried to melt it in place, which didn’t work, and he told me he can change the part for an additional cost. I never consented to him even repairing or attempting that repair, he just did it. At the time I took it as a “what’s done is done” and let it be, but in light of his response to the issues I’ve been having I do want to speak up on it too. He warped a piece of plastic on the PS5 cosmetically damaging it. I will send screenshots of the chat. I told him “that’s fine” as in to not change the part. I have a full video showing what the problem is if needed, but cannot post because the file is too big. In this event I would like a partial or full refund due to the unprofessional manner he acted. And would like him to remove the videos of the “successful” repair off of his YouTube. You can check on google reviews a more detailed description of what happened. My review is under the user “******* *******” and has a 1 star rating, the review starts with “ WHY I WONT BE RETURNING OR RECOMMENDING THIS STORE TO ANYONE…“ I can provide more proof if necessary (geotagged and time stamped pictures to prove my claims are authentic and to back up what I said) feel free to contact me if needed. Text/ call is recommended but email works too.
