  Awesome Customer Service!Fianc's laptop has been having issues connecting to the internet, so we tried many troubleshooting problems, we even tried a system restore and none of that worked. To make matters worse, during one of the system restores we reset the laptop causing a critical failure rendering the laptop basically dead. At this point we're thinking of just buying a new one, but we decided to try to find someone to help us fix it first, after searching on ****** we found Bay Area Computer Repairs, and is raving reviews. So I gave ****, the owner a call he was very nice and professional the whole time, he told me he had an opening on Sunday in the morning and his home office in *********, after a quick ride over we met with him and he went right to work diagnosing the issue. Despite the condition the computer was in he was able to pull all important files off of the laptop and back them up into an external hard drive we had(which we forgot the cord to and he was able to supply one of his own which was awesome!) as well as completely reset and fix the computer and the internet adapter issue we were originally having. Niel is a nice man and worked with us and our tight budget, i dont think there's anywhere else you will find such great service at a great price. I will definitely be going back to Niel for any and all future computer problem I may have.Seriously, if you need any computer work done and live in ************, give **** a call and set up an appointment, you will not be disappointed in the least!

  **** is awesome. Called him and came same day! He was Friendly , fast and trustworthy, even had some usbs for sale to save my important files thanks for saving my computer!

  The laptop used by my son had unexpectedly crashed. To make matters worse, he had 3 hours left before a final exam was given online and the computer's security program for the exam was on his laptop computer which meant that he could only take the exam on that particular laptop. We were completely flustered as to what to do but after trying to reboot the laptop several times without success, we called *********After I left an urgent voicemail message, **** called back within minutes. I explained our predicament and the need to get my son's back up due to the exam. Because of the urgency in getting the computer up, **** told us he could be at our home in about an 1 hour. True to his word, he arrived at our place within 45 minutes.Upon examining the problem with the laptop, **** figured out it was an issue with the Windows update. So he immediately went to work and got my son's computer running within 30 minutes. **** calmed our nerves and got our son's laptop back up. Thanks to ****, he helped fix this jam and helped my son to focus on his exam.If you have any computer emergencies, give **** a call. He is the real deal!

  **** is professional, very responsive, and friendly and his rates are very reasonable: he fixed my computer within 24 hours. I highly recommend him.My computer stopped working suddenly--as if the power cord were kicked out, although the ON LED showed there was still power to the machine. I sent **** a message via his web site and got a response back quickly, even though it was Sunday, his day off. I told **** I was unable to drive to himno problem!The next day **** came over, picked up the computer and checked it out back at his place. It was not clear what the problem was--it wasn't just the power supply; there were problems with the motherboard and add-on graphics card, too, all due to excessive dust in the machine--but **** worked on it, keeping me informed every step of the way. He brought back my computer the following day, as promised, working as before and totally cleaned.I really appreciated ****** very prompt and responsive service! If I ever need service again on my computer, I will not hesitate to contact him.

  I want to thank **** at Bay Area Computer Repairs ********* for helping me with my printer needs. **** was recommended by a friend who used him before. I needed advice on buying a good laser jet printer that would have an overall lower maintenance cost which meant cheaper toner and drum cartridges. I also needed a small capable printer that can fax and print multiple PDF training manuals (25+ pages each) with ease. **** told me about the Brother MFC-L2750 series printers. He owns one himself and researches the best equipment to buy for the money. He made the whole process simple; he ordered me the printer and set it up with both my work & home laptop. He downloaded the COMPLETE drivers instead of the limited version that we all normally download; I had no idea. I couldnt be happier with the service and the printer. On top of that, we ordered an extra set of toner cartridges so I can have at the ready. Very smart guy. Highly recommended.
