Burlingame location -This is my second time at Bintang Badminton, and it will be my last time. Not to mention the courts are squeeze and people were just stand around randomly. Bathrooms are not available to use. All sales are not return / refundable for whatever reason. I think they are membership based so if you are just walk-in and want to play for fun, GOOD LUCK! no one cares about you. Their system does not make sense. We followed the computer system to sign up and waited for 20 mins to get our turn. As soon as we start to play, random people try to join. We had to stop our play constantly to response to them. Few mins later, a guy come to us said we only have half court so they will take another half. I was confused and went to the front desk ask why. ***, the emotionless lady said that is how the system work. If you do not have 4 people in the court, anyone can sign up to join you. It doesn't matter you like it or not. I said we have three people signed up and how come this guy said they can have another half? how does that work? She could not answer it and turned to her computer. Quickly, she told me it is not even our turn to play. We still have 20 mins wait time. I asked her if it is not our turn, how can this guy tell us we only have half court instead of just kick us out? by then, the system shows 4 people are playing in our court, and we are the first group wait in line, so we were totally out of the court. When I ask for a refund. She pointed to a paper sign say no refunds. BTW, they assign the password for you. I strongly believe they did something to the system. To me, the worst part is not that they played their system against you. It is that they played you, but make you feel you are stupid and unreasonable. It is hard for me to believe a business can run like this. That is too low. They ruin the joy of badminton for us.Refers to ****** and yelp views please. other people notice their trick on the system, too. Do not let them ruin your day!
