    I ordered a chain drive kit July 07 on July 19th I emailed requesting an update on my order was emailed back on the 20th and was told package was being shipped that day now today on July 25th the tracking information still says the post office is awaiting the item the seller is dragging their feet on getting the order shipped and has well exceeded the 7-10 day processing time posted on their website absolutely ridiculous and unprofessional

    I ordered parts almost a month ago (April 16th). Tried calling and emailing. He finally started responding april 2nd stating he sent them on the march 28th. After calling the post office I found out hes created a label but hasnt shipped anything. As of right now april 10th the package is still "lost at the post office"

    Package was picked up by the postal service - once it leaves my hands it is out of my control. I told him to put in a claim and I would as well, and they can take up to 30 days to make a decision. Theres nothing else I can do, had he had come to me a respectful customer, he may have revcieved better service, more so probably would have sent out another kit. But seeing as hes trying to run my reputation through the mud, I can asssume a second package would just get a credit card charge back. 

    We should be able to rate customers too.

    I am rejecting this response because: very poor communication and examples of other people having the same issue with "packages getting lost" Just want a refund so whenever the post office finds his package they can bring it back to him

    And thats why Im letting people know how poorly you do Business. Tried contacting you probably 20 times by email and phone, from the time I ordered the parts until you printed off the shipping label. And that was just trying to get expedited shipping.  And even then you didnt print the label until I asked about canceling the order. 

    definitely run a shady business. 2 weeks no contact, printing a label only after I asked about canceling the order and then the package goes missing. 

    0/10 for TMF.
