    This company is a scam and predatory!! We asked for a refund of the deposit as nothing was done yet and they have no availability. They are extremely predatory and they nickel and dime you before you even get any work started. We talked to **************************************** and she is a compulsive liar. She is gaslighting us and making up stories in order to keep our deposit unfairly. She did not disclose the correct timeline for us. We spoke to her in March 2022 and we let her know the exact move-in date that we have which is Aug/Sept 2022. Then she said ok and charged us $7,000 for the deposit. Then after we signed the contract, she then tells us that there's no availability and that they can't build it til the end of October, which was NEVER disclosed to us. We can't move in because our closet has nothing in it, so our clothes will be on the floor. So we had to look for another vendor who can work with our timeline, and mind you, they were 40-50% cheaper than the price that ********* quoted us! Now we were amicably asking for the deposit back, since they did not buy the materials yet nor did they start any work, and ********* kept insisting on not giving us our deposit back. $7K is a lot of money to withhold without doing any work.

    Find attached the signed contract which clearly states our cancellation and refund policy.

    On the second page I have highlighted the Payment section which states:
    "All payments are non-refundable three days after Client approves the contract. If the Client cancels or terminates this contract after the three-day cancellation period, the Client agrees to pay a cancellation charge: a minimum of 50% of the amount of the contract or more depending on the amount of work completed."

    The contract was signed on 7/12/2022.
    The Client contacted us on 8/15/2022 and asked to cancel the order. 

     

     


    In addition, the husband, ******************* signed the contract not the wife, *****************************, who filed the complaint.
