    I ordered figure skates on 11/17/21 and made a $500 deposit over the phone since I am out-of-state. I was told they would be done in 4 months and was given a delivery date of 3/17/22. I called Harlick in April when I did not receive them and was told they would be done in June 2022. Since then I have called and left numerous voice mail messages which have NEVER been returned. I have also emailed them numerous times with NO response. I have messaged them through ******** and still no response. I have been waiting 14 months when I was told only 4. Very unprofessional that Harlick took my $500 deposit and they will not even return my calls, emails or messages.I had to miss competing in October 2022 because of Harlick.I am very disappointed!!!

    I ordered skating boots from Harlick on 3-31-22. I sent them check number **** for $700. It was a deposit. The check was cashed 4-12-22. My approximate ship date for the boots was 8-29-22. I had not received my boot by October 1, so I called Harlick twice and emailed them once over the course of three weeks to inquire about production time. My coach called them also she received a reply that ***** would get back to her later.. I emailed them on Nov. 5 to ask for a refund. I have not received a refund or a reply. I have not received my boots. Invoice number 033122-3
