      Fraudulent charges were made on my account 4/16/22 for the amount of $376.80. This was a card that was mailed to me and I never received or activated intended to replace an existing card. I received a voicemail from ******** on 10/25/22 inquiring about the case. The call back number and extension he provided led to an automated system asking me if I would like to access a user voicemail with a pin. The number and extension are- ***************************. I called MULTIPLE times and left multiple voicemails. I eventually called someone in another department and provided them with my information and best time to call and was assured he would make note of it in their system so I could speak to someone in the fraud department. I never heard from anyone or received any further voicemails. Nor was I able to ever reach anyone at the fraud office to provide them details. I received a letter dated 12/6/22 stating the fraud department had completed its investigation and determined the charges were not fraudulent. This card was never in my possession and I never spoke to anyone in the fraud department despite at least twenty attempts during the business hours provided at the 800 number.

      I made my Nivember payment on Nov 25th 2022 on the due date with *** and the $40.00 was taken out.of my bank on that datr. I recieved my December bill showing a $31.00 late fee I called on Dec 7th and tslked to Joyie on 12/7/2022 and he stated the late fee would be removed because I did pay on my due datr. I made.my payment for Dec on 1w/21/2022 with ****** and he said I owed $63.00 which still included the late fee for Novembers payment which I made in the due.date Niv 25th he says it takes our sydtrm ***** hrs to update in the ***** this isn't my problem and ****** said if you pay the $63.00 this will made your available credit more I agrued I wasn't paying the late fee because I did not made my payment late I paid on thr due.date. Now I am beinh harrassed for $23.00 for Dec saying I am past due.which I'm not and was told if I go abead and pay the $23.00 and my Jan 2023 bill they might wave my new late fee for Dec which I don't owe a late fee.

      This bank refuse to close the account under my name even after I reported fraud on the account back in November. I contacted them today because they showed up in my credit report again, I spoke with ****** and was told that they couldn't assist me further because they do not have a fraud department. I am retired and on a fixed income, I don't know how these people open accounts under others name without the person being present.

      I got behind on my payments. I worked out an agreement to pay biweekly. I paid biweekly as agreed. Today 12/29/2022 I made an appointment. I received an email that my payment was received, but did not have a balance. I made contact with Oportun to obtain a balance. I was informed that my account had been sold to *********. I asked why did they sell my account after an agreement was made to settle the debt. I also asked what happen to the $300 i just paid they could not give me an answer. I contacted the agency they said they sold my account to. The agency stated they did not have an account for me from Oportun. Now I have wait 24 hours up to a week or longer to try and pay my account. Right now no one can tell me where my account is are how to make a payment.

      I am rejecting this response because: There is still $300 payment I made on December 29, 2022 that has cleared my bank. That no one can tell me about and keeps telling me they do not see it. They said ***************** has the account, but ***************** claims they do not have it. I'm okay with the them recalling the account and honoring our agreement, but I'm not okay with no one being able to tell me where the $300 payment I made on 12/29/2022 is at. I have the receipt of the $300 payment.

      Dates of transactions 10/18/22 12/18/22. Made a payment on my Oportun **** credit card on the dates above. Received a negative remark on my credit report. Along with phone calls stating that I missed a payment. I was then advised that both payments was returned by my bank. I contacted my bank 12/27/22, and they stated no payments was reversed on their end. Ive been making payments with the same account since I had this credit card. Never had an issue until recently! I called back to Oportun 12/27/22, and explained that my bank had no reversals on my account. I then asked to have late fees waved. Or to send me proof showing that my bank reversed payment. I was then told to pay $51 to bring my account current. I asked to speak to a supervisor. The rep told me that they were busy with other customers. She refused to assist me with my issue or talk to a Supervisor. My whole experience with this credit card company has been a nightmare the last few months. They call my phone every day stating that I missed a payment. Refuse to look into the situation or let me talk to someone who can. I cant dispute it, thru my bank because its not showing up in my transaction. Any help at this point would greatly appreciated!

      I applied for a credit card with this company. Online it said I was approved but had to create a login to see the amount. I created a login only to see that I was being charged the $49 annual fee. I never received the card. I called the company and they said they would correct the issue and send out a card. A few days later I received another $49 bill. A week after I had incurred late fees. I havent received the card so the account is not activated. I called the company again only to be told that if I want to remove late fees I should pay them $49. I explained that I never received a card and at this point dont even want the card. I do not want to have anything to do with this company. Please help me to resolve this issue.

      On 12/2/2022, I was approved for a credit card with Oportun, Inc. The same day, I also received an email stating my card will ARRIVE in **** business days. From my understanding, this means I will RECEIVE, my card within that time from. On 12/13/2022, I received an email with the subject line "Your Card Has Arrived" along with a request to activate my card. I called immediately, they the credit card representative said my card is still in production and has not been shipped. She could not explain why its still in production and why Im receiving conflicting emails asking to activate my card. As of today, 12/22/2022, it has been ************************************************************************************************************ it is still in production and he doesn't have a time frame nor can provide an estimate of when it will be shipped. There was no concern or urgency to assist in any form or fashion. He was as dry as the sidewalk on a hot a** day. I hung up the phone and immediately called again to talk to someone else. THIS TIME, the representative said the card was shipped two days ago, on the 20th and I should receive it by Jan. 5th. WOW, Really? So now, I trust no one that works there because in only 10min, I received conflicting information. This company has caused an inquiry to my credit and has not provided the product/service I requested. I'm ****** off and want a resolution IMMEDIATELY AND APOLOGY for hiring horrible employees and allowing them to provide horrible service.

      I really regret taking out a loan with Oportun. Not only is their interest rate ridiculous at *****%, but their customer service is laughable at best. I have made numerous attempts to resolve this issue, but no effort has been made to assist me. In October, I completed a balance transfer with Citibank for $4,124. This would pay my account with Oportun in full. Citibank electronically sent the funds to Oportun, and the funds were received. I submitted documentation including a trace number proving that money was sent to Oportun, but time and time again, I have been told they never received anything from Citibank. I have spoken with ********, and they gave the suggestion that Oportun should do a payment search in the amount of $4,124, but the agent at Oportun kept speaking over me in a rude manner. I am extremely disappointed with Oportun, and I will NEVER do business with them in the future. I have also filed a complaint with the ************************************* and I will also being filing a complaint with ********** Attorney General ********************* office. I absolutely refuse to be treated this way.

      on 7/28/2022 a fraudulent charge was charged on the card for $45.00 EIG*CONSTANTCONTACT.COM *********** ** for some business marketing company. I called and reported fraud on or around 8/24/22. I have never used the card from when I opened it to build credit. I reported the fraud multiple times, only to be told on a recorded line a new card was being sent in the mail. I ask multiple times for the fraud department and was transfer to a hang up. I called and wanted the account closed for fraud. I received calls everyday for collection and late fee after 8/25/22, Each time I said it was fraud, I was just ask how I want to make a payment. It was not until I said on a recorded line I had filed a complaint with BBB they said they would look into it around 9/25/22. I have yet to receive notice saying my account was closed or anything in writing regarding the fraud. As of today 12/12/22 my account balance is ******. I have never used the card. I am not sure what to do next or if I need to file a Police report at this point. My account still shows active on the website even though I called multiple times for the card to be closed. They now are damaging my credit for no payment, even though I have called multiple times saying it fraud.
