    The plumbers needed to fix the leak from the unit above me through my bathroom ceiling. They were hired by the owner of the unit above me. They worked on the leak through my bathroom ceiling. This was September 23, 2024, Monday. When they left, not sure why they damaged my floor, there are deep cuts. Not sure if intentional. There is nothing that needed to be cut on the floor, and they could have put protection which they did not. The plumber was not friendly, ****** *****. They didnt tell me about it. I texted the photos to the supervisor ** ****. They never got back to me. I called the flooring company and they said its a vinyl sheet so it cannot be patched. It will need to be replaced. I am seeking compensation to get my bathroom floor replaced. The estimate is just under $2K.
