    DO NOT HIRE THIS BUSINESS!!!THEY CHARGED MY CREDIT CARD $570 AND THE NO-SHOWED THREE TIMES!!! THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS HORRIBLE!!!

    ****** and his staff are great to work with and are very knowledgeable. I had a very old furnace that stopped working. ****** gave me a very fair estimate to replace my old unit with a new Carrier unit. His installer, ******, came out as scheduled ,replaced the unit and gave us a new thermostat, all in under 3 hours! Later that evening, ****** came over to inspect the installation and give us some energy saving tips. My wife and I are very happy with the whole transaction. I would highly recommend them!

    Hired ****** to fix a gas fireplace that was not working. He came the next day on time and easily diagnosed and fixed the issue. ********* is working great now!

    We were so fortunate to discover ****** and Ace Air Appliance. On two occasions, when our AC was not working, ****** came over and fixed it fantastically. In addition to being proficient and skilled in his area of expertise, ****** is a wonderful and kind person. It was a privilege to meet him and we highly recommend him!

    This is the second time we've worked with this company to fix/install AC. ****** is great. He is knowledgeable, professional, and thorough. He is honest and upfront about all costs. He also came out the same day we called and returned the next day to help us with more issues.

    I called them on Feb 6, 2024 to fix my whirlpool washer. The tech said I needed a new agitator, and he would call me in a week to come back and replace the agitator. It is now March 27, and I have called several times with a promise of the technician, ****** return to complete the work! I have made a deposit of $150, and have yet to have a technician come back out to my house to finish the work! Do not use this company!!

    This company *****. I had a broken washer. The repair guy said it was fixed, charged $250 for service call ($75), part, and repair. Repair guy was nice, efficient, quick. Next day same issue. I called back and repair guy (I had his number in my phone because he called asking for suite number). He said the only other fix was too much vs cost of repair. Good advice. he said they would refund me the difference minus the $75 service call fee. I understood that, and he promised *** would refund the difference. This was ******** No refund. I have called multiple times and told a manager would call back. Never rec'd any calls. The 4th time I called the person answering the call hung up when i was telling him a manager has never called despite repeated attempts. Then they blocked my phone so i can't call back. Horrible.

    I'm surprised at the bad reviews because this company saved the day for me! My 20 year old A/C unit was giving me problems every summer and this hot June it just stopped cooling a day before I was hosting a big event at my home. Every place I called couldn't come out for a week but ACE AIR APPLIANCE said they would be here in 3 hours! They showed up, told me what I already knew which was the unit needed replacing, and said they could install a new unit in the morning and make sure the house was cool before my event. I was a little concerned after reading the reviews but I was in a bind and thought I should just chance it and THEY DID A GREAT JOB! They showed up when they said they would, they installed the unit, and my my home has been fantastically cool ever since! Quick response and fantastic service. If your A/C needs immediate attention or replacement, I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND this company.

    My grandmothers AC unit stopped working. I am a automotive technican with hvac certification and checked the unit my self here and there but never had a good amount of time to sit down and really diagnose the problem, so we called out a service company to fix the issue since I was at work. My grandmother calls me and tells me that the company says it will be $8,000 to get an entire new unit which didnt seem right - price wise or the fact that it hadnt showed signs of problems until one day it just ceased to work. I asked the service technician questions he had no answers to other than its an old machine and theres no parts for it the machine isnt that old and there are parts for it - I bought some. After telling the man we werent going to pay $8,000 I finally had some time to diagnose the issue myself and found it to be a simple wiring issue that was resolved in about 30 minutes. If the technician was too clueless to realize there was a wiring problem in then he shouldnt be out telling people its $8000 for a new unit, if he wasnt clueless to the problem he was then trying to scam an old lady out of $8000..if you search this companys number on ****** you find multiple businesses using this phone number.
