      Bought some wheels from them and never received them. Asked for a refund and was strung along every time they would respond saying that the finance **** was looking at it. It has now been a year and there was never a refund for the $2k I paid. This company is fraudulent and have stolen money from people who never received their product or refunds.

      This company is a ripoff!! I ordered disc brakes for my Mustang back in March 23. Placed multiple calls only an answering machine would pickup left massages never got a return call. I have been paying through affirm for several months for a part I never got!! Its sad. Money doesnt come easy!! Stay away from this scammers!!

      This company has to be a scam! I ordered a pair of Toyo TQ drag radials from MBenzGram and got ripped off big time! Was offered the best Price I could find online because I was a "New" customer. Nothing was mentioned about the tires being on back order. After a week or so I emailed and was told it would be about 30 days. No biggie...I had to roll my fenders anyway, so I bought special tools to do that.A couple weeks later I followed up with a call. Nothing. Sent an email...Nothing. Did some research, contacted **** and they confirmed the national back order blaming COVID...ok fine whatever...At least refund my money right? Nope.I called and emailed for months with the same auto replies until one day they emailed back asking for my VENMO info because my order was so old. Gave them the info - nothing ever happened.It's been 2 years now and I seriously doubt I will EVER get my money back.It is $600ish bucks and I can't afford to hire a lawyer. This company needs to pay the people they ripped off back.

      Ordered a pulley remover from them. I didnt receive the product after a couple of weeks. I emailed them several times i was told it was in backorder. Never received the product. Asked for a refund and have never got a response or refund.DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM MBEMZGRAM its is a scam you will lose your money.

      Unfortunately same experience as everyone posting a review. I ordered an aftermarket Shifter for $400 at the beginning of March but never received it. Reached out via email and was told it would be shipped 24-48bshrs but then the time would come and didn't hear anything, would reach out again and got told the same thing. Called and was on hold for ****************************************** to voice-mail or end the call. Entered a refund request and waited for 10 bsd and there was nothing. After a few emails they just stopped responding, I still have no item that I ordered or a refund and now there website is no longer there.

      Similar experience as others - placed an order that was charged the same day. Canceled the order a week later after finding the part elsewhere. Was told the company would issue a credit. Two months have passed without a credit on our statement. I've read the comments below and agree this business is a fraud and scam.
