      I ordered Dec 2nd and have not received the order. When tracked, it says the order is being sent back to shipper. I have emailed Ethika no less than 9 times and have received zero response.Tomorrow I will dispute the charges, what a waste of my ******* yourself a favour and dont order from this company.

      10 pairs of the same article of clothing on a mystery buy. I understand 3-4 but 10? Yall dont care. Also the bonus g string you threw in was paramount in my divorce. Please sell the company to someone whom cares.

      Hi ***,Hi ***, I do apologize for the inconvenience. Mystery styles are picked at random - grab-bag style - and duplicates of a single design may occur. Although we try our best to avoid duplicates in your order, we cannot guarantee that any order with mystery styles won't have duplicates.I do see that we were able to offer you an exchange on those duplicate items but it does not appear that the items were sent back.While getting duplicates is disappointing with our mystery selection, we do offer a courtesy duplicate exchange on those items so that you can get more variety.Thanks.

      The customer service is non existent. After reaching out for a return for items that I purchased in the wrong size I got a very robotic response. I was told to return the items with my packing slip which I can not locate. When I inquired about how to get a new one; I was left unanswered. I will NEVER purchase anything from this company again unless it is from a store where I can talk, interact and return to a human being! This is not right how they get to take my money and there is nothing I can do about it.

      I bought 5 pairs of underwear for my son. Ethika sent me 2. The paper work says they sent 5. I contacted them via email and they have not responded. You cant even call their office. Apparently Im out over $60. Upon digging, there are many complaints like mine.

      Dont ever do business with this company they have no human that works there they are lazy and use AI support I had to wait 3 weeks for my order to come only to have my hat not in my package and its no one here to fix the problem DO NOT spend ur money here u will get rip off

      I would give zero stars if I could. I just placed an order Dec 2 order #***E-07EE-49748 only received 1 item of the 7 items I purchased. Tried to text, call and email cannot get a response from anyone this is absolutely horrendous service. Previously ordered with them earlier in the year for my son purchased adult small everything I received was either 4x or toddler sized. Never again Ethika youve fooled me twice!!!!!

      I have been an Ethika customer for over 10 years and never experienced the nightmare that I am now. They now have the worst customer service I have ever delt with. Order placed on 11/29. Received notification that the package was shipped. Have checked the tracking multiple times and it keeps saying a label was created and awaiting package. I have been trying to reach the ******* all day and the only options are text and Chat with a robot. No one ever responds. Will not receive package in time for Christmas now. VERY DISAPPOINTING!
