For the second time, Goldman&walker insurance failed to solve and created problems. It seams like their employees are very careless, and willing to cancel the insurance rather helping customers. My insurance is canceled without my knowledge! Their explanation is because the letter we send to you was asking you if you are not working. Sign this and send it back, without any explanation, if it is signed your insurance would e cancelled.I had no idea, I was not supposed to sign, saying I am not working at the moment and lose my extension time of having insurance.I called them and asked them I want my insurance back for the time that I could have ( end of October 2022; but they gladly refused it. I need to see my doctor and I am out of job. This insurance company is willing to solve this issue, they say few days ago you signed the paper and we can not reverse it!!!!

***********************, I wish you would not left this review when you are misleading the truth. You are simply not giving any of the facts of your case. To be blunt you want us to keep you enrolled in the insurance when you are not working and not paying your insurance premiums. What company would ever do that. You also left a similar incorrect review on ****** which is very frustrating as your review is factually not correct. The fact is you have not been working for the **** program for August and September yet you expect us to keep you enrolled when you are not working. You also did not pay the two missed payroll deductions yet again you expect us to keep you enrolled. We are bound by the eligibility rules of this program and we can not break the rules because you want to be reinstated back to 10/1/22, just because. Additionally, we called you numerous times to investigate your drop in hours. You clearly told us on 9/3/22 that you were laid off. You asked if you could get 6 months of free Cobra but that federal program ended in Sept 2021. We informed you of that as well. You were also sent two invoices that you still have yet to pay. On 9/16/22 you sent back one of the invoices we sent you with the words, no longer working and this is why you were canceled. You were also sent a Cobra notification that clearly informed you of your termination. Then we spoke with you again on 10/7/22 where you were informed AGAIN that you were termed 10/1/22 for not working and not paying your missed deduction invoices. Finally, today when you were yelling at my staff you were again angry you could not be reinstated back to 10/1/22. You said you went to the doctor this morning. I am confused as to why you went to ****** Permanente when you had been informed on multiple occasions that you were not enrolled. We have handled your case by the book. If you pay your missed deductions and are CLEARLY back to work with paid hours we can reinstate you but it will not be back to 10/1/22 as the program was at capacity for that effective date and you were informed many times about your termination.
