      I hired this company to Repipe my home and the water-main. When it came time for my drywall to be patched and the trench where the main was replaced to be filled back up with the dirt that was removed by the repiping crew, they sent three youngsters. One was dressed in flip-flops and socks. (flip flops and socks ?) They asked me to borrow my shovels to fill the trench where my Water-main was they didnt have any shovels. (no shovels?) I now have a slope because for some unknown reason they had less dirt then was removed by the repiping crew. One of the youngsters spent two hours under my bathroom sink patching a 3 x 6 hole which then turned into 12 x 18 hole. I asked him why it was taking him so long he said he didnt have the right tools (tools?) he couldnt find his car keys in the morning and his tools were in his ************** was not right. I called the office and they assured me that their employees looked young but they were all over 21. My son showed up and spoke with one of the youngsters and asked him how old he was, he said 19. My sons then ask him if he had a business license and he said no. My son said to pack your stuff up youre off the job. I notified the company who didnt know these youngsters. So they going to send out another crew to do the patching. This took the crew approximately 3 hour to complete the patching. I had to take an additional day off from work. A few days later the drywall cracked they sent the same guy out to re patch the cracks. I was told that they would be sending out someone to fix the slope in my front yard where they ran out of dirt. I feel I should have been compensated for all my trouble. But they demanded I pay the original amount quoted of $1,000 for the drywall work. I tried calling and texting the girl who told me she works from home in *******. She sent a text saying she was in a meeting. I have not received my lifetime warranty from them or any notification stating someone will come to fix my lawn. Help!!!
