      purchased 1 of these black allergy cartridge on ****** now my whole pool is black not the water but the finish please help I have had over Thank you locations from me asking for help and two for now and know we Inter now. I have emailed email emailed I have called over four different phone numbers not one human person is at any of those phone numbers I want a phone call and I want settlements from them my pool is getting darker right now it's going to be approximately a thousand as time goes on it's going to be more

      Pool RX stained my white plaster pool that I replastered two years ago. There is no warning that it will do this and this is much worse than having algae. This will be expensive to resolve.

      We are sorry you are having issues with a product you purchased elsewhere. Unfortunately POOL RX LLC is a swimming pool maintenance company and is in no way affiliated with the company PoolRx that makes the mineral packs that I believe you are referring to. Sorry we couldn't be of more help in this matter.
