      My daughter's lease ended August 2022 and we have been promised a full refund of the $400 deposit. Contacting the ********** office in ****** ** has been impossible; no one answers the phone and unable to leave a message because the mailbox is full. After multiple attempts to get in touch with someone to assist **, we received a text and email that the refund will be sent etc. Nothing has arrived and now in contact with the management company, Nelson Partners. It is February 2023 and no refund yet. They responded it will be sent ASAP but cannot provide a time frame. We do not recommend any of their properties. Definitely steer clear.
