    My wife went to return an expired $8 Candy bar that tasted strange back to Rocket Fizz to exchange of get store credit on April 10, 2025. the store employee named *********, told her she had to leave the candy bar and her phone number so she could get the owners approval to replace or credit for the purchase. she took a picture of the bar and left believing the store employee. 3 days later on April 13th, me and my wife when in the store to get an update on the return. we saw the same employee *********, who claimed she knew nothing about it. I asked where the candy bar was and she said she didn't know and told us to leave. how many businesses take returns from customers without refunding for the product? we have to keep going in the store for the refund and wonder if the owner will ever call? i'm very upset that they would treat a local Mexican woman like this. She was born and raised in ************, graduated *****************, worked at the library and i am a retired city of San Clemente employee. never been treated so badly by a retail store in our town. i will encourage everyone we know not to patronize the establishment.
